You Deserve Happiness (Yes, Even on Mondays)
Let’s be honest, adulting feels like a scam. One day, you’re arguing with your sibling over who gets the bigger slice of cake; the next thing you know, you're arguing with your bank account over why it’s empty. But here's a gentle reminder (or a loud, dramatic one with jazz hands): You deserve to be happy. Not just on weekends or on your birthday, but every day, Monday mornings included (yes, even with that 9 a.m. meeting).
You weren’t born just to stress about data subscriptions, back pain, or whether or not your boss read too much into that “sent from my iPhone” email. Happiness is not some luxury reserved for rich people with yachts and small dogs named Coco. It’s for you, too, the person currently wondering if Indomie counts as a balanced diet (it does, right?).
So breathe. Stretch. Drink some water. Block that person. Sleep in. Dance badly. Say no. Say yes. Ask for help. Rest, not because you’re lazy, but because you’re human.
You weren’t born just to hustle, pay bills, and run on vibes; you're here to laugh till your stomach hurts, breathe without tension, and actually enjoy being alive.
You deserve happiness. The full package. No stress included.
