Write it down.

I'm probably not the first person to tell you this. And I may not be the last. However, I would like for you to take it and use it. 

It is the power of pen and paper. It is more than just writing, it is more like breathing, to breathe in those words you wrote will make you feel better. It releases the breath you didn't know you were holding. 

Documenting that moment will help you feel organized. It validates that you know what you are doing. It keeps you on track and reminds you of painful moments, joyful moments, failures, pains, rejections, hate, love and happiness.

Try doing that, one word at a time and you will be surprised to see how much you have overcome over the years. And most importantly, you can be the light to someone else's darkness when they see the testimonials of your achievements and failures.
