Peace in Solitude
Lately, I’ve lost interest in talking to people.
I don’t feel like replying to messages or keeping up with conversations.
Instead, I find peace by myself, locking my room door, playing my favorite songs, watching movies, and reading books.
I enjoy doing simple things alone, without pressure to explain myself or pretend I’m okay when I’m tired.
It’s not because I hate people.
It’s just that being alone feels better these days.
It feels calm, quiet, and safe.
Spending time with myself has helped me heal, think clearly, and breathe again.
I realized I don’t always have to be available to everyone.
It’s okay to choose myself first.
It’s okay to want peace instead of noise.
If you’re feeling the same way, you’re not alone.
Sometimes the best love you can give is the love you give to yourself.
