Mute, Exit, Block — Protect Your Peace

We all have that one WhatsApp group. You know the one; 257 unread messages, and when you finally open it, it’s just memes, forwards from 2015, and aunties dropping “Good morning” pictures with flowers.
Now, think about your mind.
When you allow every single thought, every pressure, every random opinion to sit rent-free up there… It feels exactly like that noisy group chat; Overcrowded, chaotic, and lowkey overwhelming.
Some thoughts you need to mute.
Some triggers you need to block.
Some pressure, you need to just exit completely.
Because peace of mind isn’t about avoiding life, it’s about filtering it. Not every notification deserves your attention, not every voice deserves a seat in your head.
So maybe today your mental health assignment is this:
- Exit the “I’m not enough” group
- Mute the “comparison” group
- Block the “overthinking” group
And instead, create your own VIP group: “Peace & Growth Only.”
Zero noise, just vibes.
Because honestly? Your mental space is too precious to be spammed. Protect it like your data bundle.
