Love, and a thousand hugs

Wahala dey! Literally, there's always one issue or another - it's like a whirlwind , but imagine constantly and forever dwelling on them? Let me tell you fam, you can thrive above that.

Too much wahala go wan make you feel like say you go die, but no panic, you no go die.

"One step at a time" is still a solid advice. You should prioritize the issue(s), focus on the things you have control over, and make a plan on how you can face it head-on.

Sometimes we get too overwhelmed with "everything happening at once", and we just let ourselves be suppressed by that.

Have there been a time you had many to-dos and you didn't know where to start from, then one day you just start down and decided to start with one thing and before you knew it, you were done and every other thing felt doable in that moment? That happens with life problems too.

Just take a minute to breathe in, and tell yourself that you will get through it.

And truly, you will. I believe in you.

Love, and a thousand hugs,
