Just hold your breath— count to 10...

How does it feel? Suffocating, right?

We get so caught up in life’s activities that we often live in a constant state of suffocation. Maybe not literally, but you get the gist, overwhelmed, always busy, trying to meet deadlines, forgetting the basics of just breathing.

Let’s take advantage of the pause button in our daily routines. Slow down, and take a deep, intentional inhale. Let’s find calm in the midst of the storm.

Breathing, apart from being essential for life, gives us the opportunity to reset and appreciate the very essence of our existence.

Whenever you find yourself in a state of chaos or stress mentally or otherwise, this is your gentle reminder to just breathe.

Take a deep breath in—4, 3, 2, 1—hold for 4, 3, 2, 1—and breathe out—1, 2, 3, 4.
