How to Survive Rainy Days
The Japanese have a word, "mono no aware", which means the bittersweet awareness that all things pass.
On rainy days, both literal and metaphorical, this becomes your anchor. Rain doesn't fall to punish you; it falls because weather moves in cycles, just as your inner seasons do. Create small sanctuaries: a warm cup, a good book, the sound of your own breathing. These become lighthouses in the storm. Remember that rain nourishes even as it obscures the sun. Your difficult days are not detours from your path because they are the path, teaching you depths of resilience you never knew you possessed. The storm will pass. You will remain refined.
