Happy February! How Are You Really Doing?

Hey there, Can you believe it? We’re already a month into the new year, and I wanted to check in with you, how are things going? How are you feeling about the goals you set for 2025? It’s okay if you haven’t checked everything off your list yet. Remember, progress isn’t a straight line.

If you’ve been taking it one step at a time, that’s still a win. I also hope you’ve been carving out time for yourself, even when life gets busy. Self-care isn’t just for Sundays, it’s a daily thing, and it matters just as much as any goal or achievement.

Since February is the month of love, I’d like to theme my mails on self-love. This isn’t just about treating yourself to chocolate or an outfit you’ve been eyeing (though those are great, too). True self-love is about showing up for yourself in small, consistent ways. It’s about accepting your flaws, celebrating your wins, and recognizing your worth, even on days when you feel less than your best.

This month, let’s make an intention to practice self-compassion, let go of the unrealistic expectations we sometimes place on ourselves, and prioritize our well-being. You don’t need to wait for anyone else to show you love, start by giving it to yourself.
