Gratitude

We are almost four months deep into 2026! You might feel like you're falling behind so... let's take a minute to reflect.


Breathe in....then breathe out. Without comparing yourself to anybody at all, think about what you have now. Think about who you have now. Think about where you are now. Think about what you've done so far. Some things are positive right?


It's very easy for you to want more and have better to the extent that you forget about the good things you have already. (This happens to me too.)


I'm not saying you shouldn't strive for more. Strive for more, but as you do so, appreciate what you have now. That way, you'll be motivated to do more without feeling like you've made no progress.
In essence, more gratitude = more motivation. Keep going, you've got this
