End of Year Fatigue
The year is ending, there are parties every other night, everybody is outside, but you still have reports to submit and deadlines that did not disappear as December showed up.
End-of-year fatigue is real. It is the exhaustion from trying to keep going; show up, celebrate and perform like you’re not worn out. The quiet pressure to have answers, big plans and a clear idea of how next year would look and be excited and motivated for it.
But some of us are really just tired, and that’s okay.
If you’re feeling drained, be gentle with yourself. Don’t force productivity when what you really need is a pause.
Remember, rest is also productive.
All my love,
