Don’t Rush, Slow Touch
Wait… how is it already March? Didn’t we just say Happy New Year like five minutes ago? Is it just me or did January and February 2025 come in like a flash and left just as quickly? If you blinked too long, you probably missed it. And now, here we are, standing in the step of a new month, wondering where the time went.
But before you start panicking about all the resolutions you haven’t ticked off yet, let’s take a deep breath and breathe out “Don’t Rush, Slow Touch.”
The start of the year often feels like a race. New goals, new plans, new energy; but let’s be real, burnout isn’t the vibe for 2025. If January and February sprinted past you and you’re feeling a little off track, guess what? You’re not behind. Life isn’t about keeping up with some established timeline.
The real flex? Moving at your own pace.
Don’t Rush: You don’t have to have it all figured out. Growth happens in stages, not in a 31-day deadline. Here’s what we would do
Slow Touch: Let’s be intentional with our goals. Small, steady actions lead to long-term success.
Make It Work: Progress is progress, even if it’s not flashy. Trust that everything is unfolding in its time.
Our mental well-being matters as much as our goals. Pace yourself. Give yourself grace. March isn’t a “reset” button, it’s another step in the journey.
