Brother's/Sister's Keeper
Dear Friend,
Sometimes life pulls us in many directions, and in the rush, we forget one simple truth which is we need each other. We are not meant to walk this journey alone.
Being your brother’s/Sister’s keeper isn’t just about showing up when things fall apart. It’s about choosing to care, to notice, and to act even when no one is watching. It’s about checking in with the quiet ones, standing up for the hurting, and holding space for someone else’s healing.
In a world that teaches us to mind our business, love asks us to do more, to be present, to listen deeply, to speak life into those who are struggling silently. Sometimes the strongest people carry invisible battles. Your small act of kindness could be someone’s anchor.
So my dear friend, be your brother’s/Sister’s keeper, reach out, ask the hard questions, and stay close. Sometimes all it takes is one genuine “How are you, really?” to light someone’s way. Let’s be the kind of people who hold each other up because when one of us rises, we all do.
Yours Truly,
Ebuka from MANI
