BREATHE
This regime of adulting seems to get more difficult every season. The moment you feel like you’ve gotten the hang of it, you experience a disorienting twist and it’s back to square one for the fiftieth time. We have a thousand and one things to do in a minute and sometimes we forget to breathe.
When you start to feel overwhelmed, which I can imagine happens quite a lot, pause, take a breath, watch funny videos, eat something, talk to a friend, just take a break. Your well-being matters too, even more than completing the endless tasks, so don’t neglect it.
I promise you it’s okay to not have everything figured out, and you most definitely don’t have to do it all at once.
